Sit in rink (dress warm), can watch all performances, press play when indicated. High school or older volunteers.
Sign skaters and coaches in, help guide and answer questions, use walkie to communicate with ice monitor as needed
prepare food, handle money and electronic devices for credit cards
Read results, set up awards, mature tweens and older
Stand near ice, check skaters in, keep track of events and skaters, use walkie to communicate with registration as needed
Sit near judges, walk results from judges to accountant. Mature tweens and older please.
Operate the spotlight for showcase events. Spotlights are professionally mounted and easy to move. No heavy lifting required – spotlight operation is similar to moving a camera on a tripod. Training is provided.
