Erwin Park Skills Area 2026
This is a rolling, year-round volunteer opportunity dedicated exclusively to the high-maintenance needs of the Erwin Park Skills Area, Jump Lines, and Pump Tracks.
Because the Skills Hub requires frequent, specialized attention outside of our standard 2nd Saturday workdays, this event allows our dedicated crew and "Special Ops" volunteers to log their hours for technical jump care, feature repairs, and general hub upkeep at any interval.
Scope of WorkJump & Pump Track Care: Regular "grooming," watering, packing, and sweeping of jump lines.
Weather Mitigation: Covering/uncovering jumps to prevent rain damage and erosion control.
Vegetation Management: Mowing, trimming, and removal of weeds/brush within the Skills Area footprint.
Hub Maintenance: General cleanup, debris removal, and "Trail Trash" sweeps.
Logistics & Gear: Organizing the tool shed and handling/storing materials and equipment properly.
Technical Repairs: Fixing erosion or feature damage to ensure "bombproof" riding conditions.
