White Flag Shelter

On nights that are 35 degrees or below, or 38 degrees and below with steady or heavy precipitation, Street Reach of Johnston County provides a White Flag Shelter for the unsheltered in Johnston County. We offer a hot meal and a warm bed. Intake begins at 7 pm and ends at 8:30 pm and the shelter closes at 8 am the next morning. We offer transportation into and out of the shelter, transportation begins one hour before opening and ends one hour after closing within the Selma and Smithfield area.
