1.25 hr. slot:Please pick up 4 dozen pre-paid donuts from Maple Leaf Donuts (near the DMV) and deliver 2 to Baggerly field and 2 to Balzer field. Pickup is available as early as 8:00 AM, and delivery is due by 9:15 AM to Balzer and Baggerly.

2 hr. slot: Purchase and slice onions, lettuce, and tomatoes for BBQ. Deliver to Baggerly and Balzer by 11 a.m.

2.5 hr. slot: Keep score on the scoreboard at Balzer. First games sets up controller and chair, last game puts them away in snack shack and turns off board- switch in snack shack. Charge controller when done. Reference LGLL.org to know if you are last game.
