In celebration of the upcoming America 250, join us for tasty demonstrations celebrating America’s unique and multicultural food history from 19th-century Fayette County.
This month’s program will focus on a German-Texas inspired menu, including schnitzel, hearty German stew, and potato salad made on our wood-burning stove. Chat with our living history interpreters, tour the house, and take in all the delicious smells.
