Help support this fun-filled event for the whole family! Event runs from 5-7pm on Friday night.

We need volunteers to fill the following roles to make this event happen!

*Important Note: This event typically is held later in the year with your hours counting towards the next school year, but this year it is right at the cut off of May 15th so these hours will be counted towards this school year 2025-26!

9:00am - 12:00pm
Baker for Cake Walk

We need bakers! Please sign up here if you are able to bake one or more baked items for the cake walk and drop your items off 30 mins before the event! I have set the time from 9am-noon to give you 3 volunteer hours, but you don't need to be at the event from 9am-noon. Leave a note of what you plan to bake and how many!

Ticketing

Volunteer will assist co-chair in checking people in, getting their tickets and wrist bands and charging their account or charging a credit card.

Game: Wheel Spin

Volunteer will be in charge of the booth for the game from beginning to end. You will receive all the supplies before the event and you will be in charge of setting it up, running the booth, and taking everything down. You will be able to leave the supplies at the location after the event.

Submit a Game

volunteer here if you have an idea of a game or fun activity that you'd like to run for the carnival. contact the chair or she will contact you before the event to coordinate. You will be in charge of getting all the materials needed to run the game and purchasing prizes. Ideas: Bean bag toss, giant bubbles (more of an outdoor activity than a game), golf putting

Game: Chance Time

Volunteer will be in charge of the booth for the game from beginning to end. You will receive all the supplies before the event and you will be in charge of setting it up, running the booth, and taking everything down. You will be able to leave the supplies at the location after the event.

Game Description: Children will choose a bag, Then roll a die, if they get an even number then they get to keep the bag!

Pacman Game

This is more of an activity. We have an oversized joy stick that connects to the smart TV at the school and the kids can play pacman, need a volunteer to oversee.

Supervise Bouncy Toys

We have a couple small inflatable toys that will be set up. We need 1-2 adults to supervise and make sure kids are safe.

Food Help

Assist those providing food for the event, taking cooked food and wrapping to be handed out or refilling condiments, etc.

Take Down

emptying garbage cans, picking up garbage inside the gym, making sure the field is garbage free, taking down tables & putting away tables, removing signage for event
