As we approach our important upcoming event on Saturday, February 14, 2026, we are reaching out with a heartfelt call for volunteers — because this gathering is not just a social occasion, but a lifeline for our institution, our students, and our beloved teachers.

This event is a critical fundraiser, helping us secure much-needed support to sustain our programs, classrooms, and services. The donations raised will go directly toward:

Supporting our dedicated teachers who give their time and knowledge to nurture the next generation,

Providing for our students so they can learn in an environment rooted in Islamic values, and

Keeping our institution running and growing, serving as a beacon of faith and learning in our community.

For this event to succeed, we need your help — not just in spirit, but in action.

We are asking our community members to volunteer in one of the following time slots:

Available Volunteer Opportunities

Friday 02/13/2026
Setup Crew
1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Assist with preparing the venue, including setting up tables and chairs, organizing materials, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Child Care
4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Help supervise and care for children during the event so parents can participate comfortably.

Picking Up / Dropping Off Guests
4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Support guest transportation and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Dismantling Crew
8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Assist with cleanup, packing, and restoring the venue after the event concludes.

After the event concludes, we’ll need helping hands to clean, pack, and restore everything. Your assistance ensures a respectful and efficient wrap-up.
