Cultural Series Committee - 2nd Meeting - March 18th
Pre-Meeting: Email videos and quizzes to the trip google group prior to the meeting, create fun activities/games/ice breakers for chaperones to do with their student groups.
During the Meeting (Richmond School 6:30pm-8pm): Track attendance, help keep chaperone/student group meetings on schedule, circulate amongst the groups
