Advertise the event: post to appropriate school channels, make flyers etc., work out the technical aspects of movie night including projector and sound, secure movie rights, order pizza, reserve popcorn machine.
Lead Planner
Plan & organize all aspects of the movie nights, including acquiring movie licensing, advertising, snack and drink provisions, event registration, and clean-up.
As Lead Planner, you will receive one volunteer hour for free.
