Pie sale - September through November 12th
Students sell pies from Willamette Valley Pie Company, to be delivered in time for Thanksgiving.
Orders due to WVPC 10/29.

Plan & organize all aspects of the pie sale, from distributing order forms to students, advertising the sale, facilitating on-campus pie sale sign-ups, educating families about logistics, supervising volunteers to process order forms and help out on delivery day, etc.
As Lead Planner, you will automatically receive one volunteer hour for free.
Assist the Lead Planner with tasks required throughout the pie sale effort.
Collect order forms from students and compile orders into a single order from Willamette Valley Pie Co. This position required spreadsheet experience and attention to detail.
On Wed. Nov. 12th, frozen pies will be delivered to Richmond. Volunteers are needed to unbox and distribute pies, check order forms, assist families to their cars, deliver pies to a donation center, and clean up after deliveries are complete.
Dec 8th, frozen cheesecakes will be delivered to Richmond. Volunteers are needed to unbox and distribute cheesecakes, check order forms, assist families to their cars, and clean up after all cheesecakes are picked up.
