UGLY SWEATER BINGO Volunteer Opportunities

Sage Ridge Parents Association is hosting its annual UGLY SWEATER BINGO family night and we need your help to make this a festive and fun event. Ugly Sweater Bingo is being held on Friday, December 5th from 5:30pm - 8:00pm in the SAC Primm Gym. There is opportunity to volunteer with the set up crew before the event as well as shifts during the event itself. We have done our best to create volunteer opportunities that will allow you to earn hours as well as participate in the evening games! The set up crew will need to be able to bend, lift and carry heavier items. We will be covering the gym floor with protective squares as well as setting up tables and chairs.
The volunteers on the Decoration Crew will work to transform our Primm Gym into a Festive Holiday Wonderland.
The volunteers at the Welcome desk will be responsible for checking in Bingo participants, as well as passing out Bingo cards and daubers. This is a great opportunity to volunteer and still enjoy the entire evening of games.
Bar Attendant will be responsible for setting up the Bar area and serving for the first hour of the event.
Food Attendants will be responsible for helping set up the Food stations and changing out pizza boxes and salad bowls. Once the food rush is over, it is a self serve station so you can join your families of Fun.
Bar Attendants will be responsible for serving the last hour and a half of the event and helping to close down the bar at the end of the evening.
The clean up crew will be responsible for helping the Bingo committee members clean up the Primm Gym space. We will clear the gym of all food and do our best to stack chairs and tables for the Floor removal team in the morning.
