Setup and replenish drinks and ice at the event. Coordinate w/ Caterer. Additional tasks as needed. Earns (2.5) Volunteer Hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
Sell Drink and Game Tickets while walking around event. Additional tasks as needed. Earns (2) Volunteer Hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
Will set up machine, pop the popcorn, put in boxes, distribute to guests, and clean up. Earns (3) Volunteer Hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
Check names, distribute wrist bands and drink tickets. Themed role of hotel hospitality, ideally bring costume accessories. Additional tasks as needed. Earns (3) Volunteer Hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
Facilitating circus games, collecting game tickets, monitoring raffle boxes. Additional tasks as needed. Earns (3) volunteer hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
Take photographs of event, including costume contest. Must be experienced photographer with own professional camera (not your phone). Earns (4) Volunteer hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
Keep the line moving, help keep the time slots on track, track down registered folks as needed. Earns (2) Volunteer hours. Report to the Villa and sign in.
