This can be done at home. The students will each have a wristband on the day and we need a volunteer to pick them up from the school office, take them home and write the names and grades on them with a Sharpie. Written instructions will be provided.
These volunteers must do this job at the school (usually in the gym--but check with the office). After the t-shirts have been delivered, we need help to organize them all by grade, making sure that the sizes match up to the kids in each class.
These volunteer positions will be at the school on Thursday, May 7th after school ends (just check in at the office and they'll tell you where to go).
Each slot is to purchase 2 3-lb. bags and drop them off at the school on or around Wednesday, May 6th (no later than the morning of May 7th so we can make the bags).
Each slot is to purchase at least 50 granola bars and drop them off at the school on or around Wednesday, May 6th (no later than the morning of May 7th so we can make the bags).
