Grandparent/Grand Friend Day

Help with set up, clean up, prepping food and beverages for serving. Set up will be putting down the tables, setting up decorations and placing out and setting up chairs. Our 8th grade student's will be serving our grandparent friends, but we will need help preping the plates of food and filling cups for coffee and other beverages. Clean up will involve cleaning up the tables and maybe sweeping, putting away chairs and pulling down the benches to set up for school lunch at 11:00.
Pick up coffee from Salt Lake Roasting Company and bring to OLOL Gym/Kitchen. The coffee will be in large containers, has already been ordered and will have been paid for as well.
Help set up tables with decorations and set up chairs. We will begin after morning prayer as soon as the students have left the gym for morning classes.
Help Prep Food and Beverages for the 8th graders to serve. May involve heating items up in the ovens, as well as washing and cutting up fruit.
Help Clean up and put away chairs. We will leave the tables down and bring down the benches to set up for school lunch.
