This event is sponsored by the OLOL, Parent Teacher Organization. This is a FUN event to start getting your hours with Food, Friends, and Football! Please consider helping us put on this great community event!
The BBQ is held in the OLOL gym before Judge football game. After this attendees will head to football game which is also their HOMECOMING Game so it will be extra special!
Donate Large but Moveable Coolers.
Please drop off to office the morning of the event.
Make sure your cooler is LABELED with YOUR NAME for easy return.
Can be dropped off any time in the morning.
**CHANGE** Please Drop off at the school Thursday before the Event for Friday at 3:30pm.
The school There are NO CLASSES Friday.
Warm up Grill by 4pm
Start Grilling by 4:45pm
Attendees arrive starting at 5:30pm
Responsible for placing ice and beverages in coolers
Place Buns and condiments on serving tables.
Stock and restock grilled meat in food warmers.
Volunteers can take turns so they can also enjoy event.
Playlist Provided
Plug phone or other device into schools sound system for background tunes.
Stay at the enterance to welcome and guide attendees where to go and give them a Mardi Gras necklace
Staff a small station and help apply temporary tattoos. Stay thru 6:45pm

Pass out Ice Cream Sandwiches
Please help clean up once attendees head to the football game. Once it is completed you are free to go. Could be done quicklly with enough help! :-)
