4:30 JV2 Boys (Auxiliary Gym) & JV1 Girls (Main Gym)
5:45 Varsity Girls (Main Gym)
5:50 JV1 Boys (Auxiliary Gym)
7:15 Varsity Boys (Main Gym)
One shift is only 1.5 hours and the rest are scheduled for 2 hours, please expect to stay longer if needed. The end times are an estimates and will vary based on the length of each game. When you log your hours, you will be able to log the hours in increments of 30 minutes. If you are a person working to waive a sport's fee, working 4+ hours per child per sport that they are involved in waives the fee for that sport for that child.
Working during 4:30 game - Assist with set up and serving in the concession stand. You can leave when the next shift arrives and the rush between games is slowing down.
1.5 hour shift, working during the 5:45/5:50 games - Assist with serving in the concession stand. You can leave at 7 if you have a son playing at 7:15; otherwise leave when the next shift arrives or any rush between games is slowing down.
Working during the 7:15 game. Please let any parent of a varsity boy BB player that is serving know they can go early if you arrive on time at 7. Assist with serving in the concession stand and cleaning up after it is shut down. The end time is an estimate as it's hard to know how long the games will take. The concession leader will let you know when to close and clean up.
