Girls & Boys Basketball vs Reedsville
4:30 JV2 Boys (Auxiliary Gym) & JV1 Girls (Main Gym)
5:50 JV1 Boys (Auxiliary Gym) & Varsity Girls (Main Gym)
7:15 Varsity Boys (Main Gym)
Each shift is scheduled for 2 hours, you may finish early but there is also a chance that you are asked to stay longer if needed. The end times are estimates and will vary based on the length of each game. If you are a person working to waive a sport's fee, working 2 shifts PER sport anytime throughout the school year will waive the fee (regardless of working extra or less "hours" at a shift. It's the number of shifts you volunteer for that matters, not necessarily the specific hours/minutes).

4:00pm - 6:00pm
Concessions

Assist with set up and serving in the concession stand. You can leave when the next shift arrives and the rush between games is slowing down.

Ticket Table

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Collect money for entrance into the JV Girls game. One person will be at the north entrance and the other person will be at the south entrance just inside the main gyms entry. Consider helping a little longer if there is a rush before the varsity girl's game.

Please consider coming 15 minutes early to assist with any rush occurring before the 5:50 games start. Serving concessions and clean up. The end time is an estimate, please assist with cleaning up a little before leaving.

Ticket Table

Collect money for entrance into the girls' Varsity and boys' game. One person will be at the north entrance and the other person will be at the south entrance just inside the main gyms entry. Collect money until half time of boys' game and a MLHS staff person collects the cash box from you. The end time may be closer to 8:15/8:30.

Concessions

Assist with set up and serving in the concession stand and cleaning up after it is shut down. The end time is an estimate as it's hard to know how long the games will take. The concession leader will let you know when to close and clean up.
