2026 DREAM Auction

The 2026 DREAM Auction is coming up fast and we need your help to make this event a success! Food on Saturday the 28th will be provided. As a reminder, each family is required to do 4 hours of volunteer time towards the auction, unless you have chosen to buyout that time ($160 total). We have a variety of jobs so there is something for everyone! If you turned in your volunteer form, we have already put you into your desired time / job slot.
Pick up on Monday 2/23, launder and iron table linens, Drop off on 2/25
Check in with coordinate upon arrival. Jobs include decor, tables, silent auction, dessert
Purchase $50 worth of bagels, smears, water bottles and bring to site by 10am. This fulfills 4 auction hours.
Check in with coordinator upon arrival, set up
Purchase $50 worth of fruit, cheese, snacks and bring to site by 12:30pm. This fulfills 4 auction hours.

Check in with coordinator upon arrival. Jobs include banking assistant, bartender assistant, live auction recorders, live auction spotters, game sales, auction runners
Purchase pizza (not Costco) and salads and drinks for 20 people and bring to site by 6:00pm. Coordinate ahead of time with auction team. This fulfills 4 auction hours.
Pick up and deliver milkshakes from Dick's Drive In (Federal Way) on the night of the auction. Auction chair will coordinate with more details and we will have coolers for you ready to go.
Check in with the coordinator. Jobs will include breaking down the event and cleaning up the space.
Shop for alcohol as your schedule permits. Must be delivered to the auction site by Friday, February 27th at 4pm. Contact the auction chair for the supply list.
Dessert Dash - pick up desserts and deliver to the museum by a time specified by the auction chair.
