Back-To-School BBQ and Curriculum Night

Our curriculum night will begin with a BBQ on Friday, September 12th. Please join us with your family for some yummy food at 5:30pm. Bring your picnic blankets and chairs and we will provide the rest. At 6:oopm, Mrs. Morga will introduce the staff and we will begin rotations in the classrooms where the teachers will explain all the "holy happenings" in their classroom this year. Mrs. Morga, PTO, School Commission, Development, and the Sports AD will have tables set up in the parish hall if you have any questions or would like to sign up to volunteer.
We will have childcare available for any potty-trained preschool age children up to 5th grade. Please RSVP down below (in Childcare) if you would like your child(ren) to be watched and how many.
We would love to get a food count so please make sure to RSVP down below (in BBQ Attendance) for your family.
We also need some volunteers to help out with the BBQ so please sign up if you can help out.
Grill hot dogs and hamburgers
Let us know how many children (potty-trained - 5th grade) will need childcare and what ages. We will separate ages 3-5 from grades K-5.
