If ordering from Amazon, you can ship directly to the school!  See address below.  ONE HOUR EARNED PER SLOT THAT YOU SIGN UP FOR - you can sign up for as many slots as you would like....just be sure to check quantities, etc. that are requested per each sign up. THANKS for your support!    Remember, the school building closes at 3 pm and is closed on Fridays thru JULY.

E gift cards can be sent to [email protected] . Physical gift cards can be dropped at the school with the receipt showing the purchase and amount.  THANK YOU for supporting your school!  Do NOT forget to "SUBMIT YOUR HOURS" after  you have delivered item to the school.

TO LOG YOUR HOURS ONCE YOU DELIVER ITEMS TO SCHOOL: (You will receive these instructions in your confirmation email)

1. Take a picture of items as you drop them off at school

2. Or, screenshot the delivery confirmation showing when item was delivered to school.

3. Log in to your TrackItForward account

4. Usually the Hour Log screen opens up first in the app

5. Otherwise, use the menu to go to the "Hour Log"

6. Complete the requested information

7.  HOURS: you earn ONE HOUR per slot you signed up for on item donations

8. Date Volunteered: Date that you delivered item to school

9. Activity: IN-KIND DONATION is what you choose when donating items or gift cards

10.  Notes: Add a note of who you gave items to and a brief description of the item.

11. Verification Photo: Upload a picture of the donation as you dropped it at school, or screen shot the delivery notification that shows the delivery happened at the school.

12. Verifications: Name/Email/etc in this section ONLY needs to be filled out if you DID NOT sign up for this donation thru a Track It Forward listing. This should be rare!

13. Hit Submit. From here the submission will go to the organizer for approval. You should see your hours logged in your account as "pending approval". Once approved, they will show on your total!
