On-Campus: Morning Volunteers Needed

We have three jobs we need help for!
#1 Help us repair our step-and-repeat banner. You will be taping up a large banner that hangs from a stand. You will be bending, stooping, kneeling, and possibly climbing on a chair to do this task.
#2 - Uniform inventory and sorting - you will be going thru uniforms. You need to be VERY detailed oriented for this as there are a lot of variables on the uniforms.
#3 Build a TV Cart - this involves some building skills and putting a mount on a very large tv. Will build a cart and mount the tv. Need to have some strength to be able to help get the tv mounted.
Report to the office at 7:50 am (after you drop off your student, you will park and then enter the front office BEFORE 7:55 am to beat the "tardies rush" at 8:00 am). *TO LOG YOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIFT: (You will receive these instructions in your confirmation email as well) 1. Take a selfie while volunteering at school! 2. Make a note of the time you started/finished your volunteer shift 3. Log in to your TRACK IT FORWARD account 4. Usually the Hour Log screen opens up first in the app 5. Otherwise, use the menu to go to the "Hour Log" 6. Click the blue "Prefill from an event" link 7. Choose the "shift" you are reporting 8. Enter the hours you were at school for that shift 9. The date is already filled out - verify it matches the day you were at school 10. For activity, choose "On Campus Volunteering" 11. Notes: Add a note of who you worked with or who you checked in with 12. Click Associated event (again) and choose from drop down 13. Click "ADD VERIFICATIONS" - you can add organizer if needed (or to identify donations through teams or clubs) 14. Verifications: Selfie - you can upload your picture here of you volunteering :-) 15. Hit Submit. From here the submission will go to the organizer for approval. You should see your hours logged in your account as "pending approval". Once approved, they will show on your total! 16.
