ON CAMPUS VOLUNTEERS - Hand out Postcards in Carline - TWO HOURS EARNED!

On-Campus Volunteers are needed to help hand out postcards at the pick up Carline. Check in at the office at 2:10 pm, and you will be given instructions and a yellow safety vest to wear. You will start handing out postcards to the carline staying until 3:30 to be sure you get cards to every parent in line. Be sure to take a selfie while you are at school volunteering - you will upload this to your account when you report your hours. You will check out with the carline admin before you leave to return extra postcards and the vest. Thank you for supporting our event!
*TO LOG YOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIFT:
(You will receive these instructions in your confirmation email as well)
1. Take a selfie while volunteering at school!
2. Make a note of the time you started/finished your volunteer shift
3. Log in to your TRACK IT FORWARD account
4. Usually the Hour Log screen opens up first in the app
5. Otherwise, use the menu to go to the "Hour Log"
6. Click the blue "Prefill from an event" link
7. Choose the "shift" you are reporting
8. Enter the hours you were at school for that shift
9. The date is already filled out - verify it matches the day you were at school
10. For activity, choose "On Campus Volunteering"
11. Notes: Add a note of who you worked with or who you checked in with
12. Click Associated event (again) and choose from drop down
13. Click "ADD VERIFICATIONS" - you can add organizer if needed (or to identify donations through teams or clubs)
14. Verifications: Selfie - you can upload your picture here of you volunteering :-)
15. Hit Submit. From here the submission will go to the organizer for approval. You should see your hours logged in your account as "pending approval". Once approved, they will show on your total!
