On-Campus Volunteers are needed to clean classrooms (and other areas on campus). Check in at the Front Office - be sure to sign in. You will get instructions on what needs to be done. Be sure to take a selfie while you are there - you will upload this to your account when you report your hours. Chores include Wipe Down All Whiteboards and Ledges with Whiteboard Spray, Remove Staples/Tape from Walls, Move All Furniture into Center of Room, Wipe down Classroom Windows, Wipe Down Vertical Blinds, Wipe down Walls, Wipe Down all Furniture (Desk Tops, Desk Legs, Chairs, Chair Legs, Cabinets, etc), Wipe Down Metal A/C Air Handler Covers (If Applicable), and more as needed.

*TO LOG YOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIFT:
1. Take a selfie while volunteering at school!
2. Make a note of the time you started/finished your volunteer shift
3. Log in to your TRACK IT FORWARD account
4. Usually the Hour Log screen opens up first in the app
5. Otherwise, use the menu to go to the "Hour Log"
6. Click the blue "Prefill from an event" link
7. Choose the "shift" you are reporting
8. Enter the hours you were at school for that shift
9. The date is already filled out - verify it matches the day you were at school
10. For activity, choose "On Campus Volunteering"
11. Notes: Add a note of who you worked with or who you checked in with
12. Click Associated event (again) and choose from drop down
13. Click "ADD VERIFICATIONS" - you can add organizer if needed (or to identify donations through teams or clubs)
14. Verifications: Selfie - you can upload your picture here of you volunteering :-)
15. Hit Submit. From here the submission will go to the organizer for approval. You should see your hours logged in your account as "pending approval". Once approved, they will show on your total!
