Please help us provide dinner for staff on Parent Teacher Confrenece night!

We need help setting up the service area in the cafeteria and cleaning up as the dinner time concludes at 5:45.

Volunteering:

- Setup shift, please park in Visitor parking, report to the West Shore Main office to check in and then proceed to the Cafeteria.

- Cleanup shift, park in the Auditorium lot and report directly to the Cafteria.

- Wear a dark (black/navy) shirt and rubber soled, closed toed shoes

- Dinner will be served from 4:45-5:45PM; Conferences start at 6PM

- You will be able to attend conferences before/after your shift

- If needed, students may come and wait in the cafeteria with their parent who is volunteering (but this is only a parent volunteer opportunity). 

- Hours will be credited for you after your shift. Please be sure to check in/out with a PTA Board member.

If you sign up and your schedule changes, please cancel your shift so someone else may fill the spot.
