Are you looking for volunteer hours? Here is your opportunity to help the West Shore PTA host our 9th annual Blingo Ladies Night Out event!
Please Note the Location: Eau Gallie Civic Center, 1551 Highland Ave, Melbourne, FL 32935 (unless otherwise noted)
For afternoon/evening shifts:
THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY MEETING AT 4:15 PM ON THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT TO GO OVER VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME; THERE IS A LOT OF INFORMATION TO PASS ON.
If you are working the event that night, please wear a BLACK shirt of your choice.
Volunteers cannot purchase raffle tickets at the event. This is an ADULT ONLY EVENT.
Important:
If you cannot make the time you signed up for, please let us know in advance so we can find someone else to take your spot. It is critical everyone shows up!!

Write Blingo Thank-You Cards ( You DO NOT need to attend the event. Sherrie will be in touch to deliver cards)
Pass out and break down the raffle items. Arrive at 4:15pm that evening to review setup for event.
Model Bingo purses & help with guest meet-and-greet. Pass out and break down the raffle items. Arrive by 4:15pm that evening to review setup for event.
Sell Raffle Tickets and tally votes. Arrive by 4:15pm that evening to review setup for event.
Watch for game winners. Arrive by 4:15pm that evening to review setup for event.
Monitor entrances and security. Arrive by 4:15pm that evening to review setup for event.
Stack chairs, sweep, remove trash & break
down the event. Please arrive by 9:30pm to start cleaning venue.
Wash 30+ tablecloths after the event. Linens must be
picked up at 11:00 PM and returned to school.
