PTA General Meeting - State of the School

Join us from 6:30-7:30PM in the West Shore Auditorium for the first General Meeting of the year!
The Meeting:
The PTA will give introductions, review our impact from 2025-2026 and present our draft budget.
PTA members in attendance will vote to approve our 2026-2027 budget.
We will recognize families that logged the most parent volunteer hours in Track It Forward for 2025-2026.
Our keynote speaker is Mr. Burt Clark presenting his State of the School address.
Attending:
RSVP through Track It Forward for each person attending (Register twice or for 2 people in TIF if both parent/guardians plan to attend the meeting)
Check in at the event
Earn one parent volunteer hour for each parent/guardian attending
YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE THE PARENT VOLUNTEER HOUR
Hours will be credited in TIF after you have confirmed attendance on 8/25/26
