Help Us Recognize Our Amazing Teachers & Staff!
As we kick off a new school year during Pre-Planning Week, we'd love to celebrate the incredible teachers and staff members who make West Shore such a special place for our students and families.
We are seeking door prize donations valued at $20 max to help make our appreciation activities extra fun and meaningful. Feel free to get creative and put together:
A teacher/staff swag bag
A themed gift basket
Gift cards to favorite coffee shops, restaurants, or stores
Snacks, treats, self-care items, or fun office supplies
Every donation helps us show our gratitude to the dedicated teachers and staff who work hard behind the scenes and in the classroom to support our students every day.
-Parents will receive 2 volunteer hours for the donated door prize.
-Please deliver donations to the Front Office between July 30, 2026, and August 4, 2026 8am-3:45pm.
All items must be clearly labeled with the following information:

You DO NOT need to log your hours for this event. All hours will be logged by the event coordinator AFTER the event has ended.
