West Shore Jr/Sr High

West Shore PTA and Student Governement are excited to host a week of treats and meals for our amazing teachers and staff in celebration of Staff Appreciation Week! To make this week extra special, we're looking for a few donations and some volunteers to lend a hand.  Sign up and help us show our appreciation!

SIGN UP DETAILS:

Please signup for a donation or volunteer shift

Limit 1 donation/volunteer shift per family per day - families from all grade levels can participate

Earn 1.5 volunteer hours per donation

Earn the hours indicated by the shift times for volunteer shifts

DONATION DROP-OFF:

Now until Monday, April 27. Please have all donations turned in on or BEFORE the morning of 4/27

Turn into the Main Office at West Shore Jr./Sr. High School

You do not need to be physically present at the school except to deliver the donation to the Main Office

All donations should be labeled: Staff Appreciation and include your name and student’s name

Please drop off in the proper area - several collections may be happening at the same time

When arriving for your shift/drop off, please check in at the main office

Wait for your parent volunteer hours to be credited in TIF.

Please do not log hours separately. No hours will be credited prior to 4/27.

If you need to cancel your donation sign up, access the event in TIF then - Laptop: scroll to your name in the shift list, click the red X next to your name and confirm your cancellation. App: click the icon on the left of the shift, click the red cancel button and confirm your cancellation.
