Mathcounts Concession Donations

Donations are needed for the Mathcounts concession stand. All donations should be dropped off to the front office by 9:00 on Friday, February 20.
DONATION DETAILS:
Please only donate individually wrapped/packaged and single serving items unless otherwise noted.
Limit 1 donation per family - families from all grade levels can participate
Earn 1 volunteer hours per donation. Please only sign up for one item per family.
DROP-OFF:
Now until Monday, February 9. Please have all donations turned in on or BEFORE the morning of 2/9
Turn into the Main Office at West Shore Jr./Sr. High School
You do not need to be physically present at the school except to deliver the donation to the Main Office.
LABELING:
All donations should be labeled: Mathcounts Concession Donations
Include your name and student’s name.
Wait for your parent volunteer hours to be credited in TIF. Please do not log hours separately.
