West Shore Jr/Sr High

Please help us Stock the Workroom and provide dinner on Parent Teacher Conference Night (2/12) with snacks, drinks, supplies and gift cards to support our hard working West Shore faculty and staff!

DONATION DETAILS:
Please signup for a donation and note the type and quantity/denomination

Please only donate individually wrapped/packaged and single serving items unless otherwise noted. The snacks are meant to be grab and go for staff.

Limit 1 donation per family - families from all grade levels can participate

Earn 1.5 volunteer hours per donation. Please only sign up for one item per family.

DROP-OFF:
Now until Monday, February 9. Please have all donations turned in on or BEFORE the morning of 2/9

Turn into the Main Office at West Shore Jr./Sr. High School

You do not need to be physically present at the school except to deliver the donation to the Main Office.

LABELING:
All donations should be labeled: Stock the Workroom or Conference Night

Include your name and student’s name

Please drop off in the proper area - several collections may be happening at the same time. Hand any gift cards to the Main Office receptionist.

Wait for your parent volunteer hours to be credited in TIF. Please do not log hours separately. No hours will be credited prior to 2/9.
