Middle School Dance Donations

Please help make the Middle School Dance a success by donating, drinks and snacks.
DO NOT LOG YOUR HOURS FOR THIS EVENT.

When you sign up, please purchase the item(s) and deliver them to the main office at school ON OR BEFORE the morning of Thursday, December 11.
Please label all donations with "MS Dance" AND YOUR STUDENTS NAME(S) to be sure you get credit. We will review all donations and approve hours after they have been received DO NOT LOG YOUR HOURS FOR THIS EVENT. You do not need to be present at the school, except to drop off your item(s), to get the 2.0 parent volunteer hours.

You will only get 2.0 MAX parent volunteer hours even if you sign up for more than one item. Please DO NOT LOG YOUR HOURS FOR THIS EVENT separately. They will be credited through the event coordinator.

If you are not able to make the donation after you sign up, please cancel the "shift" to allow someone else to sign up. (To cancel, find your name on the shift list, click the red X next to your name, confirm cancellation)

Please only donate individually wrapped/packaged and single serving items unless otherwise noted.
