PTA General Meeting - Preventing Burnout Panel
Tuesday, January 27 2026
Join us in the West Shore Auditorium for a panel discussion "Preventing Burnout in College Prep Culture" with Counselors for Change (C4C).
Parents and students are invited to attend an engaging discussion on a topic that we cannot afford to ignore, Preventing Burnout in a College Prep Culture. Come join the team at Counselors for Change for a lively discussion where Aidan Meyers ’23 will share his personal lessons and research insights around the topic and Dr. Lauren Lawler, a local psychologist specializing in anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, and trauma will bring years of professional experience. Students and parents are welcome to join us on January 27th at 6:30 directly following the PTA updates. Additional counselors will be available throughout to answer questions and share resources.
Local non profit Counselors for Change provides mental health panel discussions for schools and organizations seeking to increase mental health awareness and engage in collaborative dialogues in order to change the conversations around mental health to end stigma.
