RCS Alumni Night | Volunteers Needed!
What: Pickleball, badminton & alumni reconnection night
When: Wednesday, October 1, 2026
Where: RCS Middle Campus
We need volunteers across roles like Check-In, Court Marshals, Equipment, Hospitality & more

Set up courts, registration table, sign-up boards, refreshments/social area, alumni display, equipment station, signage
May involve some heavy lifting: moving chairs and tables
Set up coffee/ tea
Guest list, name tags, welcome reception, directing guests to program/tours/activities
Manage court sign-up boards, enforce one-slot rule, fill vacancies, call players
One per court; prep courts, 20-min rotations (6:20–8:40pm), clear courts by 8:45pm
Equipments: Loan/return paddles & racquets, inventory, count returned gear before cleanup crew packs it
Clean up the gym: Take down nets/signage, collect equipment & loose balls/shuttles,
Respond to minor injuries, document incidents, escalate to Event Lead if needed
Refill refreshments/water, wipe tables, support networking area, monitor and swap garbage bags as needed
dispose garbage/recycling, restore tables/chairs, final floor check
