PARKING:
The best options for parking for this shift are to get dropped off, carpool, OR use the shuttle! OI main lot, fishing pier lot, and cove road lots will all be CLOSED.
If you get dropped off, Parking Security will let your driver take you to the roundabout.
Free Shuttle runs from 6:30am to 8:15pm every 25-30 minutes on 9/13 and 9/14, picking passengers up at the satellite lot at Dana Hills High School and dropping off at the roundabout in front of our parking lot. If you choose to do this, arrive 45 minutes-1 hour prior to your shift to make it in on time.
The next nearest parking lot by Baby Beach will be OPEN, but will most likely be full and difficult to secure a spot here. You can try the structure on Dana Point Harbor Drive + Golden Lantern, they offer four hours of free parking.
SHIFT DETAILS:
Assist with guest boarding and deboarding the visiting tall ships; check admission wristbands at gates. Our Maddie James Dock and Wharf will be accessible by Festival Adventure Passes, filled with our visiting tall ships that will be open for tours from 9 AM to 3 PM. OI Staff Lifeguard will be on the dock all day as well as ship crews.
