Similar to Tiny Tots, but offsite at the Rivian South Coast Theater in Laguna Beach. Docents will go straight to and from the Rivian Theater - do not go to Ocean Institute at all for these shifts. Staff instructors will bring supplies from OI.

Assist Ocean Institute staff with activities and child management during this “Mommy & Me” style program.
-This engaging program introduces little ones (ages 0-2) to ocean-inspired sensory experiences that foster early development and parent-child bonding, and plant the seeds that can ignite a love for the world around them. Each session features a fun mix of sensory play, sing-along circles, themed crafts, and interactive story time. Modeled after our popular Tiny Tots program, this pop-up experience provides a safe and welcoming space for toddlers to explore while parents connect and learn about other family-friendly offerings from Ocean Institute.

August Theme: Squirrels and Gophers
- This activity comes from our little critters theme, and their increased presence in spring. We are focusing on small mammals like bats, squirrels, gophers, small reptiles like lizards and snakes, and medium sized rabbits and raccoons. We will be focusing on habitat, diet, and adaptations.
