Summer Camp Support

THIS SHIFT IS OPEN ONLY TO THE VOLUNTEERS WHO ATTEND TRAINING ON TUESDAY, JUNE 10.
Assist the summer camp team with checking campers in, passing out t-shirts, early check outs, covering lunch breaks, restocking supplies, printing coloring sheets, etc. You will not be tied to a specific camp, you'll be helping out all camps:
- Sea Squirts (ages 5-6)
- Neptune's Mysteries (ages 6-7)
- Buccaneer Adventures (ages 7-8)
- Ocean Discovery (ages 8-9)
- Shipwreck Hunters (ages 9-11)
- Coastal Explorers (ages 11-13)
Sign in to your shift upon arrival at the volunteer station, then head up to the cubicle to check in with a supervisor go over the day and receive tasks. Pre-shift meetings start promptly when the shift starts, so be on time and in proper OI uniform. If you are unsure where to go, check in at the front desk.
Summer Camp Info
-Monday Check-In @ 8:30am
-Tuesday through Friday Check-In @ 9:00am
-Sea Squirts half-day Check-Out @ 12:00pm
-All camps Check-Out @ 4:00pm
Direct parents and campers to check in, help direct to camps home base, etc.
Cover staff lunch breaks, run supplies restock down to camps, assist with early checkouts, etc.
Help staff clean up, direct parents to camps, assist with check out, etc.
