Troubleshoots operational issues as they occur.
Assumes leadership responsibilities if the Event Chair is unavailable.

Recruits volunteers before the event.
Creates and distributes volunteer schedules.
Conducts volunteer check-in.
Provides a brief orientation for volunteers.
Serves as the primary contact for all volunteers.
Tracks volunteer hours and prepares Letters of Appreciation (LOAs).

Oversees charcuterie board preparation.
Ensures food remains stocked and presentable.
Supervises bar volunteers.
Maintains cleanliness of food service areas.
Monitors food safety practices.
Coordinates restocking as needed.

Oversees all donations received during the event.
Tracks raffle, silent auction, or wine pull proceeds (if applicable).
Encourages guests to support the TNR campaign.
Ensures funds are secured throughout the event.
Completes donation records after the event.

Takes photos and videos throughout the event.
Creates social media content before, during, and after the event.
Highlights sponsors, volunteers, and attendees.
Obtains photos for future promotional materials.
Assists with post event thank-you posts.
