Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1700–2100)
Looking for volunteer hours or want to help animals in our community? Join us for Wine for Whiskers!
All funds raised during this event will support our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Campaign, helping reduce and manage the local stray and feral cat population. Letters of Appreciation (LOAs) will be provided to volunteers!
Set up and operate the projector and sound system to play movies throughout the event. Monitor the equipment, ensure good audio and video quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and help create a comfortable movie viewing area for guests.
Manage the event playlist to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Adjust music volume throughout the event, make announcements when needed, and ensure the sound system runs smoothly.
Prepare, arrange, and replenish charcuterie boards while maintaining food safety standards. Keep the food display attractive, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event.
Serve wine and other approved beverages, assist guests with drink service, restock supplies, maintain a clean bar area, and follow responsible beverage service practices.
Floaters will assist with guest, restocking supplies, providing support wherever it is needed during the event.
Monitor and assist guest in the pool area.
