Event Lead/Coordinator

Provides overall leadership and direction for the event. Serves as the primary decision-maker, oversees all teams, and ensures timelines, policies, and execution align. Acts as the main point of accountability and steps in to resolve high-level issues or conflicts.

Finance & Payments Lead

Oversees all financial processes related to the event. Ensures proper handling of cash payments, verifies rabies prepayments, maintains accurate tracking per pet, and resolves any discrepancies with transparency and accountability.

Volunteer Coordinator

Recruits and assigns volunteers to roles, provides pre-event briefings, and ensures all volunteers understand their responsibilities. Acts as the main support point during the event, manages attendance, and adjusts coverage as needed.

Operations Lead

Designs and oversees the event layout and flow. Identifies potential bottlenecks, ensures stations are properly staffed, and manages real-time logistics to keep the event running efficiently from start to finish.
