We’re looking for volunteers to support our upcoming Pet Travel Prep (PTP) event at the 205 Housing Complex (Bldg. 303C).
Help us assist service members and families preparing to travel with their pets by keeping the event organized, welcoming, and stress-free!
No experience needed just be reliable, organized, and comfortable around animals.

Direct attendees to appropriate stations
Pre-check paperwork before ASP review
Help owners organize required documents
Flag missing items early
Fill gaps across teams
Cover breaks
Assist during peak times

Ensure consent and privacy compliance
Provide content for post-event promotion
