01. Members Log Their Own Hours
Club members can log their own hours according to program, project, committee, and more. They can also RSVP for upcoming meetings or events using the event calendar. After attending, these hours will be automatically logged.
02. Members Monitor Their Own Progress
Members and administrators alike can view and track their progress on milestones. Milestones can be set up for different hour categories, such as meetings, committees, and programs. In addition, you can also set up an overall milestone to track hours toward annual requirements.
03. Organize Events and Get RSVPs
Create a custom calendar to organize service events and chapter meetings. Customize events with categories and color-coding to allow members to filter by opportunities specific to a committee or project. Once volunteers RSVP, Track it Forward will send event reminders and hours will be automatically logged when you use the digital sign-in sheet or a pre-filled hour log.
