01. Volunteers Log Their Own Hours
Master Gardeners can log their own hours according to activity or project. Create custom categories for training, continuing education, and volunteer events. Volunteers can also RSVP for upcoming meetings or events using the event calendar. After attending an event, these hours will be automatically logged on their behalf.
02. Volunteers Monitor Their Own Progress
Volunteers and administrators alike can view and track their progress on milestones. Milestones can be set up for different hour categories, such as a minimum number of training hours. In addition, you can also set up an overall milestone for annual hours.
03. Organize Events and Get RSVPs
Create a custom calendar to organize volunteer events and meetings. Customize events with categories and color-coding to allow members to filter by specific opportunities. Once volunteers RSVP, Track it Forward will send event reminders and hours will be automatically logged when you use the digital sign-in sheet or a pre-filled hour log. You can also embed the event calendar directly on your website!
04. Review Hours and Run Reports
Once volunteers log their hours, they can be viewed by administrators. You can also set up hours to require admin review and approval. Export data and download reports to track hourly contributions. Run custom reports on hours, volunteer activities, events, and more!
