2016 Polynesian Princess for a Day

Set up is at 8:00 am and tear down is from 2:00-3:00 pm.
Girls 3 -8 YO are from 9:00-11:00 am
Girls 7 - 12 YO are from 12:00-2:00 pm
There will be a break for all volunteers from 11:00-12:00, please return promptly.
Girls will have approximately 15 minutes at each station except crafts.
Crafts will take 10 girls every 40 minutes with a 10 min prep and 30 min to complete craft.
Craft start times are 9:10, 9:50, 10:30, 12:10, 12:50, 1:30.
8:00am - 3:00pm
Registration/ Moderater
Check in girls and ensure guardian stays, promote raffle, stick name to goodie bag and handout, moderate during event.

Apply blush, lip gloss, and girl's eye shadow of choice.

Nails
Paint nails and provide simple design or sticker.

Photography
Capture images of the event as well as photo opportunities at the photo booth. Encourage use of props and taking pictures with Mrs. & Teen Sakura.

Music/ Dance
Provide a play list and encourage girls to dance
