Where: 8060 county road 49, rushford ny
What to bring: Swimsuit and towel (if you would like to participate in water activities), a side dish to share ( hamburgs, hot dogs and drinks will be provided), and a sweatshirt/jacket (just in case it is a little chilly by the water). Please dress for comfort. :)
What to expect: TONS OF FUN!
Our team building day will begin at 11am. At 11am, Marie Moy, manger of JRCHC Volunteer engagement, will be leading a workshop on motivational speaking/encouragement. This workshop will teach us how to encourage/inspire our mentees on how to accomplish daily activities, tasks and goals they set for themselves. Lunch will begin around 1pm. Following lunch ,we will have an afternoon filled with team building activities and bonding time. We will be spending our time at a lake house so you can plan to be spending plenty of time outside. Everyone is welcome to come and go as they please and if anyone would like to carpool, arrangements can be made.

Two of our wonderful volunteers, Sara and Beth will be hosting and helping with the planning of this event. We had such a blast at our last year's team building event and would love to have you all join us for this one.
