GrandDays is a super sweet event where our grand friends come and visit the classrooms. We rely on parent volunteers to make the event a huge success. The event runs Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. There are opportunities to volunteer time or materials (snacks, etc).

- Please drop off food 30 minutes before event

- Individual flowers will be pulled from these flowers and given to Grands by
students, so no floral arrangements, please.

- Set out food, paper goods, and drinks on table.
- Coffee will be provided by Lamplighter for morning sessions
- Fill pitchers with water, lemonade, tea
- Have cooler ready for bag of ice

Morning Host
- Please arrive 15 minutes early
- Greet and invite Grands to partake in refreshments
- Escort Grands to appropriate classroom
- At end of hour for morning shifts, neaten up refreshment area
- Take a few minutes to walk around classrooms and take a few pictures with the school’s camera.
- Man the merchandise table and complete sales transactions via cash, check, or square sales
- Merchandise includes items with Adventure Bee and Buzz Bee art

Afternoon Host
- Please arrive 15 minutes early
- Greet and invite Grands to partake in refreshments

put out more refreshments, if needed
- Take a few minutes to walk around classrooms and take a few pictures with the school’s camera.
