School: Set Up for Dancing with the Silver Creek Stars

The 2nd Annual Dancing with the Silver Creek Starts is being held at the Pacific Event Center at 1330 Main Street in Longmont. We need to help set up the event. There will be lots to do!
Event Details: Adults only. They will have appetizers & silent auction starting at 4:30pm, dinner is at 6:30 (it is a buffet catered meal from Goodfella's & a sit down dinner), then the dancing competition stars approx. 7:30, followed by dessert, while the votes are tallied.
*We are looking for a Project Manager, Project Manager Assistant, and a Photographer. If you are interested in any of these positions for this event, please see Calvin or Jenny or put it in your message to the Organizer text box before you sign up. Any member is eligible for these positions.*
