POC: Ashley Woodbine - Treasurer Coordinate a list of annual fundraising activities for the year that can be communicated in advance to families at the beginning of the year so that families can plan giving. Assign volunteers to lead each fundraising event (excluding the Gala). Identify and apply for grants or look into to a grant writing consultant.
