Overview
The Uniform Coordinator manages uniform ordering for Holy Trinity CYO sports through our partner, Gear Up Sports. Families order directly online, so there's no handling or distributing uniforms. The role takes only a few hours per season.

Responsibilities

About two months before each sport season, email our Gear Up account rep to set up the Holy Trinity ordering site for that sport. Gear Up only keeps a live ordering link open while a sport is in season, for inventory reasons. Confirm the site includes boys' and girls' versions of the required items. Tops are mandatory, and bottoms (shorts) are currently optional. Remind coaches, especially new ones, that they are responsible for managing jersey numbers for their teams. Gear Up automatically removes a number from availability once it's ordered within a grade level, but coaches still need to keep track of who has which number. Work with the Gear Up account rep to resolve any occasional ordering issues.

What You Need
Basic email communication, some organization, and awareness of the CYO sports calendar. No prior experience is needed, and the current coordinator is happy to walk you through the process.
