Saws Pet Registration Board Member/Saws Team Member Roles

Location: Housing 205 (across from NAS 1)
These roles are for the board Member/ Saws Team Members who are better equipped to mange these roles. Our time frame for the event would be 0800-1400 to ensure everything runs smoothly for the event.
Oversees the entire event, handles escalations, supports all stations when issues arise and main point of contact for partners and organizers.
Ensures all registrations meet official requirements
supports document checkers with complex cases, oversees cashier and payment handling, Reconciles funds and resolves discrepancies.
Oversees pet safety and handling protocols, steps in during animal-related issues, Manages supplies, equipment, and setup/breakdown oversight, Troubleshoots logistical problems (materials, space, flow).
Manages volunteer check-in, roles, and shift coverage, Tracks volunteer hours, handles announcements and attendee communication, supports social media/photographer coordination if needed.
