Decorate with provided decorations and prepare the tables for the seniors and guests. Prep cafeteria with needed paper goods, chafing dishes and sterno, set up meal once the caterer delivers, prepare drinks, serve seniors and guests and clean up. *There will be two buffet stations, one for senior dinner and one for underclassmen. For each station, set up 10 wire racks, burners, water pans and serving utensils.

Check in guest. Check the provided guest list and hand out wristbands as the guest arrive.
